Embark on a rewarding career as a SaaS Growth Strategist with Dynatrace Austria GmbH, driving the success of our SaaS Upgrade initiative.

We're seeking an experienced product management professional to lead the development and execution of growth strategies that bring more Managed customers to SaaS, and drive greater adoption once they begin their transition. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with pre- and post-sales, services, marketing, and product management to create concrete, actionable plans.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase SaaS adoption and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated GTM activities.
  • Create long-term forecasts with aggressive but achievable targets and KPIs aligned with pre- and post-sales objectives.
  • C Coordinate with growth product managers across solutions and initiatives to identify dependencies and develop joint plans to maximize leverage and minimize friction.

About You:

  • 5-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive complex initiatives across functional areas, including sales, alliances, customer success, and x-solutions.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence and spar with cross-functional leadership.
  • Hands-on interactions with products, tools, documentation, assets, and experience working with enterprise customers and GTM/sales motions.
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS platforms and Observability (a plus).
