We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Growth Strategist to join our team in Dynatrace Austria GmbH. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and innovation in our enterprise SaaS upgrade initiative.

Job Description:

  • ">
  • Lead the overall strategy and execution of our enterprise SaaS upgrade initiative, working closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product management.">
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to drive more managed customers to SaaS and increase adoption rates.">
  • Identify key growth drivers, needle movers, and blockers through direct engagement with sales and customers, market trends analysis, and customer install base analysis.">
  • Collaborate with pre/post-sales, services, marketing, and product management teams to provide actionable plans and support execution.">
  • Work closely with Dynatrace solution leadership to ensure aligned GTM framework and messaging.">
  • Manage long-term forecasts for SaaS upgrade with aggressive but aligned targets and KPIs.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in B2B SaaS space.">
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with executive presence.">
  • Ability to drive complex initiatives across functional areas.">
  • Hands-on experience with product/tools/documentation/assets.">
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS platform and Observability (a plus).">
