We are seeking a seasoned Senior Growth Strategist to join our SaaS Upgrade Initiative as a Product Support Lead. In this role, you will be accountable for the overall success of Managed customers transitioning to SaaS, driving growth strategies to bring more Managed customers to SaaS, and promoting greater adoption of SaaS once a customer begins transition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive Managed-SaaS adoption.
- Work across pre/post sales, services, marketing, and product management to provide concrete, actionable plans.
- Ensure consistent and complementary messaging to customers and GTM activities.
- Create and manage long-term forecasts for SaaS Upgrade with targets and KPIs that are aggressive but aligned with pre/post sales targets.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in the B2B SaaS space.
- Ability to drive complex initiatives across functional areas, including sales (SE/AEs), alliances, customer success, and x-solutions.
- Executive presence, able to influence and spar with x-functional leadership.
- Strong product management experience, with x-functional execution experience.
- Hands-on interactions with product/tools/documentation/assets.
- Experience in working with enterprise customers and GTM/sales motions.
- Domain knowledge in SaaS platform and Observability.
