At Livin Farms AgriFood GmbH, we're on a mission to revolutionize the animal feed industry by upcycling low-value organic waste into high-value insect ingredients. As our Senior Technical Strategist for Industrial Plant Construction, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth and scaling our impact.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement our company's technical strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead international projects in industrial plant construction, from conception to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process engineering strategizing, planning, and concept development for industrial plants.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in resource allocation, supplier management, and contractor cooperation.
  • Negotiate with clients to understand their needs and contribute to product development, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and address technical challenges through problem-solving initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field (mechanical engineering, chemistry).
  • Proven track record in a tech leadership role in an industrial environment, with a solid understanding of project management and leadership principles.
  • Hands-on attitude and experience working in a start-up environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Experience in managing change processes or transformation projects, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent English and German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
