Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual gross salary for this position is €65,000, based on Austrian collective agreement 'Werbung und Marktkommunikation'. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including social benefits such as coverage of the 'Wiener Linien' annual ticket, childcare support subsidy, and more.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our marketing and communication department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing overall communication campaigns to advance UEG's digital presence
  • Collaborating with our creative team and external agencies to create engaging graphic materials and promotional assets
  • Maintaining corporate identity consistency in all public-facing communications
  • Creating high-quality photo and media content in-house or partnering with external agencies
  • Supporting strategic planning and implementation of marketing activities across various channels, focusing on digital and community management
  • Market research and peer benchmarking
  • Assisting with online advertising campaigns
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable marketing position
  • Business-level fluency in German and English (oral and written)
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Knowledge of image editing and graphical concepts (Adobe Suite)
  • Passion for technological innovations in marketing and communication
  • Experience with digital content creation and CMS systems & online advertising (an advantage)
  • Creativity and strong communicative skills
