About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our web-based product's online presence. As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost brand awareness, drive website traffic, and optimize paid advertising channels to meet our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize our website for higher search engine rankings and drive organic traffic through content creation and SEO efforts.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition channels and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Work on initiatives to enhance the customer journey, including landing page optimization, onboarding flows, and lead magnet creation.
  • Identify and explore new channels to discover growth opportunities for Mimo's web platform.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of growing web-based products through organic user acquisition and paid advertising.
  • Strong understanding of what drives engagement and excitement among potential users on the web, with expertise in paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit).
  • Proven ability to create and optimize landing pages and lead magnets that drive conversions.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience in blending quantitative and qualitative insights from product analytics tools to inform decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functional teams, including product, development, customer support, and design.
