We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Virtual Identity AG. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our client's goals and objectives
  • Lead the creation and implementation of content marketing and performance advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and effective communication with clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on digital marketing best practices and industry trends
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and platforms to ensure our strategies remain effective and efficient
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably on agency-side
  • Hands-on experience with content marketing and digital performance advertising
  • Strong knowledge of social media and online marketing channels
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with high conflict resolution ability
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative
  • Experience with digital tracking and data analytics is a plus
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
