About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Virtual Identity AG. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably on agency-side
  • Hands-on experience with content marketing and digital performance advertising
  • Strong state-of-the-art social media and online marketing know-how
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with high conflict ability
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take initiative
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of 40,000 – 60,000 (annual gross) and a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.
