We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Campaign Strategist to join our team at HYDROGRID GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive inbound lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business growth, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Oversee Digital Marketing Channels: Optimize and manage digital marketing channels, including PPC, email marketing, social ads, SEO, and marketing automation, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, designing marketing automation sequences to guide them effectively through the marketing-sales funnel, and supporting the sales team in converting leads to customers.
- Marketing Automation and Software: Leverage marketing automation software for executing email campaigns, managing lead processes, and running ABM campaigns.
- Collaboration and Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage the creation of engaging content, including graphics and videos, to enhance campaign success.
- Marketing Experience: Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 in B2B SaaS.
- Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with strong analytical and reporting skills (GA4, GTM, Databox, or similar).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM & CMS systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, MailChimp, Webflow or similar), and digital marketing channels and tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, media buying, email marketing).
- Language Skills: Full fluency in written and spoken English (additional language skills would be a plus).
