Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Virtual Identity AG. As a key member of our performance marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive search engine advertising strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored search engine advertising strategies to achieve their goals
  • Work closely with our paid social experts to develop integrated media plans that leverage search, display, and social advertising channels
  • Design and implement analytics and tracking solutions to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in search engine advertising and digital marketing
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within agencies
  • Proven expertise in search engine advertising, including campaign setup, management, and optimization
  • Strong skills in tracking and analytics, with experience in tools like Google Tag Manager and Adverity
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Ability to travel for internal events, workshops, and client meetings
  • Minimum annual gross salary of €38,000 (intermediate level) and €50,000 for senior roles, with potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications
