Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Virtual Identity AG.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine advertising, tracking, and analytics, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their search engine advertising strategies
  • Work closely with our paid social experts to develop comprehensive media plans that integrate search, display, and social advertising
  • Ensure that analytics, tracking, and reporting are seamlessly incorporated to measure and optimize performance
  • Implement and manage digital web tracking
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting to deliver actionable insights
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within agencies
  • Proven expertise in search engine advertising, including campaign setup, management, and optimization
  • Strong skills in tracking and analytics, with proven experience in tools like Google Tag Manager and Adverity
  • Experience with data visualization, such as Looker Studio, PowerBI, or Tableau
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with digital tracking and data analytics is a plus
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
