We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at Virtual Identity GmbH. This role involves managing various social media tasks, including content creation, client communication, and growing our clients' social media presence.

About the Role

  • Plan and execute comprehensive social media editorial calendars
  • Create engaging content tailored to different platforms, showcasing creativity and attention to detail
  • Handle feedback calls with clients and publish posts on various channels, ensuring seamless communication
  • Write compelling social media captions and suggest innovative ideas, driving brand engagement
  • Boost posts and manage basic paid media tasks, leveraging data-driven insights
  • Monitor and report on social media performance, providing actionable recommendations
  • Manage and engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner

Requirements

  • A university degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required
  • First-hand experience with social media management, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Passion for social media trends and platforms, staying up-to-date with industry developments
  • Strong writing and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Fluent German and English language skills, facilitating smooth communication with clients
  • Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings, as needed
