Customer Engagement Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Engagement Strategist to join our team at stereosense GmbH.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of measures to track, convert, upsell and retain users of our product. This includes developing automations to reach and nurture users across different channels.

Main Areas of Focus:

  • In-App Tracking: Monitoring user behavior and activity within our application.
  • User Onboarding: Ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our product by new users.
  • User Engagement: Developing strategies to increase user interaction and retention.
  • Conversion Optimization: Analyzing and improving the effectiveness of our conversion processes.
  • Retention Programs: Implementing programs to maintain and grow our customer base.
  • Upsell/Cross-sell Campaigns: Identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Customer Feedback: Gathering and acting upon user feedback to improve our product and services.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • User Experience Optimization: Understanding how to create an optimal user experience.
    • Growth Hacking Techniques: Applying creative strategies to drive growth.
    • Tracking Setup: Establishing tracking systems to monitor user behavior.
    • Copywriting: Crafting compelling content to engage users.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making: Using data to inform strategic decisions.
    • CUSTOMER SUPPORT COLLABORATION: Working closely with support teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
    • Marketing Automation: Leveraging automation tools to streamline marketing efforts.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in a product marketing or growth marketing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Proven track record of improving user onboarding, engagement, and retention.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics tools.
