Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Brand Activation Team, where you will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies and managing the L'Oreal brand portfolio. Your mission will be to maximize sell-out by developing and executing local marketing and activation plans for our iconic brands.

  • Develop and implement seasonal product animations at local level for one or multiple of our brands
  • Organize and prepare customer events and workshops (e.g. Christmas)
  • Keep track of the most important trends and risks in the cosmetics market
  • Create marketing and advertising materials
  • Coordinate and present campaigns to retailers
  • Continuously review and analyze sell-out campaigns
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Good understanding of customer and consumer needs
  • Fluency in German and English
