Lead Growth Strategist for SaaS Upgrade Initiative

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Growth Strategist to spearhead our SaaS Upgrade initiative, driving growth and adoption of Dynatrace SaaS. As a key member of our team, you will lead the overall initiative, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that bring more Managed customers to SaaS and drive faster adoption.

About the Role:
  • Accountable for the overall success of the Managed->SaaS initiative, working collaboratively with sales, partners sales, and customer success managers to meet and exceed initiative KPIs.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive greater adoption of SaaS once a customer begins transition, identifying needle movers and blockers through direct engagement with sales and customers.
  • Drive execution of top Managed->SaaS priorities to achieve goals, leading a core team and collaborating X-functionally in execution.
About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong track record in product management, focusing on growth in the B2B SaaS space. Your profile should include:

  • 5-7 years of experience in product management with a focus on growth in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives across functional areas.
  • Executive presence, able to influence and spar with x-functional leadership.
  • Hands-on interactions with product/tools/documentation/assets.
  • Experience in working with enterprise customers and GTM/sales motions.
