We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence and guiding your colleagues toward cutting-edge solutions. Your primary tasks will include:

  • Designing, developing, and extending full-stack web applications in a SaaS environment
  • Implementing new features and driving integration efforts for a high-quality user experience
  • Managing data exchange with other services within our environment
  • Gathering new ideas on how to improve our product and extend our dynamic team to enhance our platform
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver, test, and maintain solutions from development to production

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years' experience in object-oriented programming on JVM (Java, Kotlin preferred)
  • Extensive insights into the Spring Framework and its modules
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (Angular 2+, CSS/SASS, Typescript, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or Neo4J)
