About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Light for the World International. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our IT infrastructure and systems to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Oversee the development of IT architecture strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives and goals.
  • Technical Expertise: Manage IT support engineers and vendors to deliver end-to-end infrastructure solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
  • Infrastructure Management: Implement, evaluate, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware and software systems, including servers, cloud platforms, and networking.
  • Risk Management: Ensure adherence to sector standards, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity best practices to protect our organization's assets.
  • Innovation and Adoption: Stay updated on the latest technology trends and guide the adoption of emerging technologies like cloud computing, AI, and automation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5-8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on systems architecture
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing IT infrastructures
  • In-depth understanding of system integration, networking, virtualization, and data center operations
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Knowledge about compliance frameworks and security standards
  • Excellent team management, communication, and project coordination abilities
What We Offer

A competitive salary of €50,000 annually (for 38 hours, full-time), market rates apply elsewhere, along with full social insurance and a range of additional benefits.
