Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Developer to join our team at Erste Digital GmbH. As a key member of our Center of Excellence, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our internal Pega platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and stabilizing the Pega platform according to best practices and company standards;
- Analyzing and solving operation incidents and system issues;
- Working closely with international experts and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
- Maintaining clear and transparent documentation using specific tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- First-hand experience with Pega (1-2 years) and a strong understanding of low-code applications;
- Knowledge of integrating technology into backend systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols;
- Familiarity with common database systems like SQL and MongoDB;
- Adept analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft effective solutions;
- The capacity to learn from our international community and contribute to our Agile development process.
