Digital Transformation Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team at FireStart GmbH in Wien, Linz, or remotely. As a Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation for our clients worldwide.

About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' needs and developing tailored solutions using our BPM Suite and Cloud technology. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with clients, identifying their strategic priorities, and leading the implementation of data-driven process solutions.

You will work closely with our Development, Customer Support, and Sales teams to estimate hours for custom implementations and ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will design pre-packaged solutions and best practice templates to enable fast, low-cost, and high-value software implementations.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer individual needs and lead customer workshops
  • Identify customers strategic priorities and develop data-driven process solutions
  • Use FireStart Process Automation Technology in proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate value generated for customers
  • Design pre-packaged solutions and best practice templates for efficient software implementations
Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with various clients and stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of complex business processes
  • Familiarity with BPM technology and its applications
