Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Du bist Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und unterstützt sie bei all ihren Anfragen und Eskalationen.
  • Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei organisatorischen Umsetzungen und Schwerpunkten in ihrem Institut.
  • Erarbeitung von Lösungsmöglichkeiten für unsere Kunden mithilfe von Kolleginnen/Kollegen innerhalb des Konzerns.
  • Aufbereitung von Inhalten in Bezug auf Budget bzw. Fakturierung, Verträge und Dienstleistungsteuerung sowie Kommunikation an unsere Stakeholder.
  • Kontinuierliche Evaluierung unserer abteilungsinternen Prozesse und Anpassung an aktuelle Gegebenheiten.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität und/oder Erfahrung im Bankenumfeld).
  • Versierter Umgang mit den Microsoft 365 Applikationen, Microsoft Power Automate und Power BI.
  • Du bist selbstständig und bringst eine hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit mit.
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Menschen, begegnest deinem Gegenüber auf Augenhöhe und verstehst es Leute zusammenzubringen und Entscheidungen herbeizuführen.
  • Eine hohe Affinität für Zahlen, gute analytische Fähigkeiten und du kannst komplexe Inhalte einfach und strukturiert darstellen.
  • Du sprichst die Sprache der unterschiedlichen internen und externen Stakeholder und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

  • Ein attraktives Gehalt: Mindestlohn EUR 52.136,- brutto pro Jahr (je nach fachlicher und persönlicher Qualifikation kann das Gehalt variieren).
