Salary:
€80,000 (gross annual salary) is offered to the successful candidate, reflecting our company's value on attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Description:
The Group Accounting Team Lead will be responsible for leading and developing our Group Accounting team, preparing consolidated financial statements, coordinating communication with external and internal stakeholders, and driving IFRS compliance and process optimization.

Responsibilities:
• Management and development of the multi-member Group Accounting team
• Independent preparation of consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS for reporting on the Vienna and Istanbul Stock Exchanges
• Responsibility for the group consolidation of approx. 90 subsidiaries
• Coordination of the consolidated financial statements - central contact person for external stakeholders (auditors, tax advisors, and consultants) and internal stakeholders (Management Board and local finance teams)
• Technical contact person for accounting topics and IFRS throughout the group
• Varied project work and proactive involvement in the introduction of new IFRS standards, automation, and digitalization regarding process optimization in the preparation of financial statements

Qualifications:
• Completed business studies, preferably with a focus on accounting
• Several years of relevant professional experience in comparable positions
• Profound expertise in the areas of accounting and consolidation according to IFRS guidelines
• Professional communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Team player with good communication skills, hands-on mentality and high level of initiative
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident application skills in MS Office (esp. Excel) and ideally experience in working with Hyperion Financial Management
