Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Project Lead to oversee our Cash Collection Automation initiative and support our Invoice Automation Programme in Vienna, Austria.

Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of Order to Cash related internal projects and work closely with the Global Head of Billing & Collections to implement by breaking up complex initiatives into individual, manageable projects.
  Project scoping, planning, resourcing, communication, stakeholder management as well as risk management per the SR Project Management standard.
  Lead cross-functional teams such as Finance Systems team, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Operations, and Sales and Product Teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and drive cash flow objectives.
  Support day-to-day operations, process and check approvals connected to implemented SOX controls for Order to Cash processes, and revise errors to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements such as SOX in accounts receivable processes and invoice automation.
  Review work volumes and improve tracking mechanisms and KPI reporting, identify process improvements and gaps in connection to Sales Operations, and improve Sales & Contract Management processes and identify automation opportunities.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes, generate regular reports on accounts receivable performance and invoice automation metrics.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, CPA or equivalent certification is a plus,
  Project Management Certification required, Lean 6-Sigma Green Belt desirable
  Proven experience (8+ years) in accounts receivable management/project management/process transformation and change management,
  Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and invoice automation software,
  Experience with ERP software like MS Dynamics 365, SAP, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and interact with customers;
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focus on process improvement, efficiency, and innovation;
  Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness in deliverables;
  Fluent English knowledge mandatory,
  Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About You
You will be responsible for overseeing the Order to Cash processes, working closely with cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and driving the company's cash flow objectives. If you have experience in project management, accounting, or a related field, we encourage you to apply.
