About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our Market Cluster Support Center team in Vienna, Austria. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of processes, policies, and standards with the Operating Unit controlling organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive a transparent and timely reporting structure in the countries within your scope of responsibility.
  • Maintain alignment between given tasks from TK Elevator Controlling community and country-specific systems and resources.
  • Ensure transparent Management reporting in your countries to support decision-making.
  • Take an active role in supporting the implementation of IT systems (SAP) in respective countries.
  • Participate in/lead multilateral projects in the Market Cluster Greater Europe.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Financial Management and Controlling with a degree in Finance.
  • Ability to manage project/virtual teams and work transparently with local and regional management.
  • Quick learning ability for corporate products and services.
  • Deep understanding of controlling standards.
  • Good relationship management skills including the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Interpersonal, negotiating, and presenting skills.
  • Very good English skills required, proficiency in one or more Eastern European languages and German beneficial.
