Supply Chain Operations Manager

Samsung Electronics Switzerland GmbH is a leading technology company seeking a talented Supply Chain Management Professional to join our CE SCM & Operation Team in Switzerland.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Optimize and manage the supply chain processes for the Domestic Appliances product category, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales results to inform strategic planning and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain accurate supply chain metrics, including stock levels, planning accuracy, and other key performance indicators.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across sales, logistics, and other functions to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Oversee data management, particularly demand forecasting and analysis, to support informed decision-making.
- Create and present regular reports and analyses to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with additional education or training in Supply Chain Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management within a similar industry context.
- Exceptional knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, with the ability to leverage this skillset to drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in SAP and Power BI, with experience an asset.
- Fluency in English and German languages, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong analytical mindset, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality, with experience working in global settings.
