Your Mission

As our Strategic Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our operations forward. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Orchestrating activities across the organization to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
  • Collaborating closely with product management, product marketing, sales enablement, and senior leadership to drive business results
  • Evaluating customer feedback, sales data, and other indicators to identify issues and opportunities, and developing action plans to address them
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
  • A university degree from a top business school or related institution
  • 5+ years of project management experience in high-performance environments, preferably in tech startups and high-growth SaaS companies
  • Previous experience working in a consulting company is highly valued
  • Strong thought leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit and interest in a high-growth scale-up environment
