Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our efforts in Austria as Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the local marketing strategy and drive business growth.

About this Role:

This role will focus on implementing innovative and engaging marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize local initiatives. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketing representatives, overseeing media plans, and ensuring seamless execution of global campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, preference, and loyalty, driving orders, frequency, and new customers.
  • Manage a cross-functional marketing team, providing guidance on ATL media planning and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with central teams to deliver market-beating strategies, communicate local market feedback, and advise senior management on strategic decisions.
  • Drive brand visibility through last-mile marketing initiatives and develop a local PR strategy.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Management, Marketing, or equivalent experience (desired).
  • Extensive marketing experience, combined with people management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing Brand Campaign strategies, managing complex media budgets, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders, with German and English language proficiency (additional languages a plus).
What We Offer:

Competitive salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per annum (estimated), depending on experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for professional growth, collaboration with international teams, and flexible working arrangements.
