Job Description

As a Product Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the local business strategy of your brand or category and driving the growth of the consumer base, market share, sales, and profit. Your key tasks will include:

  • Synthesizing relevant market data and translating it into actionable consumer insights
  • Developing disruptive integrated marketing campaigns that showcase strong retail and shopper expertise, as well as digital know-how
  • Managing 360-degree campaigns with professionalism, agility, and sustainability
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in product management
  • A strong entrepreneurial attitude and excellent business sense
  • The ability to analyze complex challenges, identify solutions, and prioritize goals effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and solve problems collaboratively
