Marketing Director

Develop and drive the marketing vision and strategy to achieve sales profit and market share targets in the DACH and EE region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct report to the Regional Manager and dotted line to Marketing in HQ.
  • Lead a small, young, and dedicated marketing team in the region.
  • Analyze local market activities and trends to foster strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
  • Execute tactical plans and monitor marketing expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Manage the marketing budget and oversee promotional activities for both existing and new B2C activities.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
  • Several years of experience in a senior marketing role in the B2C environment.
  • Experience in an international setting in a group environment.
  • Proven leadership experience and success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in traditional and digital marketing methods.
  • Fluency in English and German is required, with additional languages preferred.
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Salary and Benefits

Salary package: EUR 90,000 gross p.a. depending on experience and qualifications.
