Account Management Lead Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting Account Managers to drive their growth through personalized training, quality assurance, and continuous development. You will also analyze and manage key performance indicators for account activities, ensuring accountability and consistency across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support Account Managers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Oversee the analysis and management of key performance indicators for account activities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Account Managers and the ARM Team Lead, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with the ARM Team Lead to ensure compliance with key KPIs and operational standards.
  • Coach the team on effective customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Address escalated customer issues, maintaining a balanced approach to customer satisfaction and business needs.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and constructive interactions.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Previous experience in an account management role.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of outstanding safer gambling relationship management.
  • Strong personal relationship management skills and ability to work independently.
