Business Development Manager for Network Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in building long-term partnerships with existing and new customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extending and developing positive relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in closing large and complex deals through the development and execution of sales strategies across different markets. You should also have demonstrated knowledge and experience in the Telecommunications and networking industry, including BSS, OSS, 4G/5G, Virtualisation/Cloud Services, and Evolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building long-term partnerships with existing and new customers
  • Extending and developing positive relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers
  • Acting as a problem solver, being creative and innovative, and thinking outside the box
  • Demonstrating value by understanding the customer's desired outcome and what it is worth to them
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience on network solutions to CSPs (network software - PCRF, DPI, OSS, Service Assurance, Orchestration, Inventory, 5G slicing etc)
  • Deep, demonstrable relationships at Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 operators
  • Proven track record in closing large and complex deals through the development and execution of sales strategies across different markets
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Telecommunications and networking industry (BSS, OSS, 4G/5G, Virtualisation/Cloud Services and Evolution)
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, and team-building skills
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in languages relevant to the accounts/region is preferable
  • Executive-level communication and presenting skills
Location

This role can be based in Germany or Austria, ideally with German speaking skills.
