Sales Leadership Opportunity

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives in a collaborative, thriving environment.
  • Take ownership of budget and target setting to ensure key sales and growth objectives are met.
  • Implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve market growth in Austria.
  • Maintain a strong sales culture aligned with EasyPark's values: Be Curious, Play together, Inch by Inch.

Your Profile:

  • Proven success in B2B sales leadership with a strong record of driving growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in people leadership, inspiring, developing, and coaching teams to success.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and humble approach.
  • Fluent in German and English.

We offer a competitive salary of €120,000 per year, reflecting the level of expertise required for this role.
