- Take ownership of budget and target setting to ensure key sales and growth objectives are met.
- Implement data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve market growth in Austria.
- Maintain a strong sales culture aligned with EasyPark's values: Be Curious, Play together, Inch by Inch.
Your Profile:
- Proven success in B2B sales leadership with a strong record of driving growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in people leadership, inspiring, developing, and coaching teams to success.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and humble approach.
- Fluent in German and English.
We offer a competitive salary of €120,000 per year, reflecting the level of expertise required for this role.
