About the Role
As a System & Analytics Junior Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision making within our Trade organization. Your primary focus will be on analyzing KPIs and developing strategic insights to optimize trade activities.
You will work on retail classification, distribution excellence, and account clustering. Your responsibilities will include generating data-driven insights on all trade workstreams, building plans, and working cross-functionally to bring insights to action.
In addition, you will analyze trade activities and performance of field force and 3rd party, develop and innovate our CRM Platform Salesforce, and support Trade Marketing, Digital B2B & Key Account Management.
Requirements
- A university degree in Marketing, Business, or Business Information.
- Strong analytical, systems, and numeracy skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills, brand marketing skills, proactive, analytical, and structured approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI (Tableau), proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Your Compensation Package
A base gross annual salary of €48,000, with the possibility of overpayment depending on experience and qualification.
