Job Overview

Ribbon Bio is seeking an experienced Customer Success Representative to guide, manage and support our customer's end-to-end buying experience.

About the Role

In this dynamic and evolving customer-facing position, you will be a key intermediary between our customers and our internal order fulfillment teams to ensure orders are input, processed, and delivered in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Our company is committed to providing customers with a world-class buying experience, and your efforts will be instrumental in delivering that experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience (from order to product delivery) by applying knowledge of customer situations, company processes, financial requirements, order delivery timetables, and compliance requirements related to customer sales activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to receive and resolve customer sales/service issues for local, international, multi-country, and/or multi-regional accounts.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and relevant internal organizations, including sales, production/manufacturing, logistics, and technical support, to resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Leverage customer knowledge and contractual agreements to influence adjustments to production and/or shipping prioritization schedules.
  • Support the collection, input, and review of customer data and voice of customer feedback into CRM and adjacent quality/support systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or life science discipline (business administration, finance, biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics/genomics, genome engineering, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role. Direct customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills; ability to work in multiple systems concurrently and using multiple monitors.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and gains satisfaction from enabling the success of others.
  • Strong interest in working directly with customers.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is €55,000 - €65,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, Ribbon Bio offers a range of benefits, including home office possibilities and flextime working arrangements, participation in the bonus program, clear path of career development, and support for professional development training.
