Job Overview:
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their lifecycle. You will serve as a single point of contact, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactive engagement with customers throughout their lifecycle
- Servicing as the single point of contact for satisfactory resolution of issues
- New client onboarding and introduction to customer portal processes
- Highly engaged in customer issue resolution and handling escalations
- Supportive in Billing Dispute management and collections
- Identifying upsell opportunities and developing understanding of customer priorities
- Focusing on quality of execution, QBRs, Health checks, and Account planning
- Partnering with Operations, Delivery, and Finance to assure status updates and issue resolution
- Supporting data maintenance projects and strategic account planning
- Maintaining accurate forecasts and churn events
Requirements:
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organisational awareness and influencing, negotiation, and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven delivery of high-quality customer service and commercial awareness
- Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management
- Sound systems and IT literacy (ITIL Foundation Qualified preferred)
