Join our team in driving long-term business relationships with Named Accounts and achieving financial success. As an Enterprise Sales Team Lead, you will oversee the development of customer-specific account plans to expand Autodesk's growth.
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with 3+ years of experience in Direct Sales and Customer Success to lead extended account teams and achieve sales goals. You will develop influential business relationships with customers, implement customer-specific account plans, and provide reliable forecasts to sales leadership.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead extended account teams to achieve sales goals with assigned customers
- Develop long-term business relationships with customers
- Implement customer-specific account plans to expand Autodesk's growth
- Provide reliable and accurate forecast to sales leadership
- Maintain continuous improvement in moving Autodesk from vendor to partner
- Coordinate and influence resources for Account and Opportunity development
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant Direct Sales and Customer Success experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Salesforce.com
- Ability to travel (estimated 30%)
- Flexibility to work outside standard work hours in your home time zone
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year
