Account Manager

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading company to recruit a German-speaking Account Manager for their office in Málaga, Spain.

This role involves full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients, focusing on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify client needs and sell appropriate value components to create greater customer engagement.
  • Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritising opportunities to achieve profitable growth targets.
  • Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities, such as self-generated leads, client referrals, subsidiaries or sister companies.
Requirements:
  • Native level German and fluency in English written and spoken.
  • Background working for/in the German Market.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals.
  • A challenger mindset with the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities.
  • Natural forward planner with exceptional communication skills, including German native language skills and fluency in English.
Estimated Salary Range:

€50,000 - €70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Benefits:
  • Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performance.
  • Full-time contract: 39 hours/week.
  • Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 Friday 08:30-16:00 incl. 30 min Lunch.
