Job Opportunity: Sales Growth Manager for German-Speaking Clients

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Málaga, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive growth for our clients in the German-speaking market.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with a 39-hour workweek, Monday to Thursday (08:30-17:00) and Friday (08:30-16:00).
  • The ideal candidate will have a native level of German and fluency in English, with a background working in the German market.
  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of German SME clients, identifying client needs, and selling value components to create greater customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to drive portfolio growth and long-term account retention.
  2. Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed profitable growth targets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver premium value aligned with clients' goals.

Requirements:

  • Native level German and fluency in English written and spoken.
  • Background working for/in the German Market.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets and goals.
