Job Title: German-speaking Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Business Development Manager to join our team in Málaga, Spain.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong background in sales and business development to take on a challenging role that will require you to grow and manage a portfolio of clients in Germany.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering excellent customer service to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Germany, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other means, with a focus on growing existing client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German are essential for this role, as you will be communicating with clients, colleagues, and senior executives regularly.
  • Problem-Solving: Think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems, ensuring that you meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Native-level German and fluency in English (written and spoken) are required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sales or business development role, preferably in the German market.
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and a strong understanding of the German market and culture.
