About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showcasing our product's value proposition to potential clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead qualification
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to close deals and achieve sales goals
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Fluent in both German and English with excellent communication skills
  • A proven track record of success in B2B/BDR (SaaS) sales roles
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory
  • A growth mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
