German Speaking Account Development Representative Dublin

Grow-Talent.com is seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Account Development Representative to join their client's team in Dublin, Ireland.
With a strong background in sales and account management, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing and closing revenue within your book of business. You will educate your accounts on the value of work management platforms, develop and leverage customer relationships to expand usage with new teams and departments, and lead a customer outreach process that includes calls and emails to build and manage external customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have fluent German language skills (C1 level), strong time and project management organizational skills, and at least 1-2 years of experience in an account development/sales role. They will also possess demonstrated ability to build relationships, strong written and verbal presentation skills, and experience with setting and exceeding sales goals.
This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary, ranging from €45,000 to €60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, education reimbursement, comprehensive health insurance, and more.
In this role, you will work closely with the internal team and external clients to provide customer sentiment insights, product feedback, and key industry learnings. You will also use data to drive planning and success internally and externally.

- • Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM tool
- • Build and manage both internal team and external client counterpart relationships
