Sales Professional for Outsourcing Solutions

Grow-Talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Valencia office.
We are offering an attractive base salary for this full-time position.
The ideal candidate will provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management, creating a business environment for sustained growth on the account.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships within the account
- Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Preparing commercial and technical service proposals
- Executing and achieving sales quota and targets
The successful candidate will have:
- A solid sales background
- Fluent German (C2) and English at native level
- Strong communication skills
- Achievement and goal-oriented mindset
