Exciting Opportunity in Inside Sales

Growing a leading Outsourcing/BPO company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Valencia, Spain.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per year

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach
  • Cultivating a business environment for sustained growth on accounts
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
  • Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
  • Preparing commercial and technical service proposals to drive profitability through proactive management
  • Executing and achieving sales quotas and targets
  • Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to sales pipelines
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Solid sales background with experience working with channels
  • Fluent German (C2) and English at native level
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work independently
  • Achievement-oriented with motivation to reach goals
  • Prior experience in sales B2B
