Growing a leading Outsourcing/BPO company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Valencia, Spain.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per year
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach
- Cultivating a business environment for sustained growth on accounts
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
- Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Preparing commercial and technical service proposals to drive profitability through proactive management
- Executing and achieving sales quotas and targets
- Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to sales pipelines
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Solid sales background with experience working with channels
- Fluent German (C2) and English at native level
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently
- Achievement-oriented with motivation to reach goals
- Prior experience in sales B2B
