Polestar is at the forefront of electric mobility, and we're seeking a skilled Senior Fleet Sales Professional to drive growth in Eastern Austria. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in acquiring new fleet customers and supporting existing ones.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional with a passion for electric mobility, technology, and sustainable travel. As a Senior Fleet Sales Professional, you will:

  • Acquire new and support existing national and international fleet customers in Eastern Austria
  • Drive fleet sales and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage key accounts, leasing companies, and other fleet-relevant stakeholders
  • Regularly exchange best practices with fleet teams in other European markets
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you'll need a high degree of customer orientation, a mindset for continuous improvement, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, you should have:

  • A degree in business administration or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar position (automotive experience is a plus)
  • Excellent German and fluent Business English in writing and spoken
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
What We Offer

  • A minimum salary of €55,000 gross per annum, with potential for overpayment based on experience and qualifications

Location and Work Environment
