We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth and innovation at MeisterLabs Software GmbH.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to play a pivotal role in driving our sales pipeline, identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound strategies. As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to craft and execute outreach strategies that generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- You'll take ownership of researching and targeting top prospects within key verticals.
- Prospect and engage potential customers through multi-channel approaches (phone, email, LinkedIn), using your advanced knowledge of sales tools to optimize outreach.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape, staying up-to-date with trends and developments that affect our target verticals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine strategies and contribute to pipeline growth.
- 3+ Years' Experience: Proven track record in outbound SaaS sales as an SDR, with experience working in a similar environment.
- Outbound Mastery: Resilient, creative, and motivated individual with expertise in cold outreach, pitching, and generating leads from scratch.
- Prospecting Skills: Ability to build a pipeline by targeting the right prospects through multi-channel approaches.
- Results-Driven: Consistently hit targets and bring a never-settle attitude when it comes to driving results and revenue.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in tools like Dealfront, SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SaaS market, staying up-to-date with trends and developments.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both German and English, with a C2 level of fluency in each language.
- Excellent Communicator: Natural ability to engage senior decision-makers and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
