Elevate Fleet Sustainability as Director of Sales

As Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion for Necture, a pioneering company at the forefront of fleet electrification. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships to fuel revenue growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Strategizing and executing sales plans to optimize revenue growth and market penetration.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
- Representing Necture as a thought leader at industry events and engaging with media to establish the company's reputation as a pioneer in fleet electrification.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B and digital environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of technology trends and sales tools, including cloud-based solutions, AI, SaaS, and CRMs.
- Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
