Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with our global dealer network, identifying market opportunities and implementing sales initiatives to deliver growth. As a Regional Manager, you'll be based in Vienna and will be responsible for:
- Setting regional and dealer budgets and targets, sales forecasting, and reporting
- Supporting all aspects of the dealer account for whole good sales
- Developing and implementing distribution strategies to maximize route to market
- Identifying market opportunities and implementing sales initiatives to deliver growth
- Developing key relationships with dealer teams and internal JCB personnel
- Communicating market information to ensure alignment across the business
- Promoting the JCB product range and associated features and benefits to end users and dealers
- Problem-solving and implementing effective solutions to potential issues
About You:
We're looking for a sales or account management professional with market and industry knowledge, experience selling to end users directly and indirectly via a dedicated dealer network. You'll need to demonstrate commercial negotiation skills, budget setting, and sales forecasting experience. A confident manner, adaptability, and ability to communicate at all levels are essential. Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, and extensive overseas travel is required.
