Electric Mobility Sales Professional

**Overview**
Polestar is an innovative electric vehicle manufacturer seeking a highly motivated Electric Mobility Sales Professional - Fleet Development to join our Austrian Sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and manage relationships with fleet customers in Eastern Austria, working closely with our European market teams to achieve our fleet targets.
As a key member of the Sales team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new fleet customers and supporting existing ones across Vienna, Lower Austria, Burgenland, Styria, and Carinthia.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive fleet sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage Key Accounts, Leasing Companies, and other fleet-relevant stakeholders
- Acquire new and support existing national and international fleet customers in Eastern Austria
- Reach fleet targets and ensure customer satisfaction
- Qualify and manage leads, and handle inquiries and tender requests from fleet customers
- Regularly exchange with fleet teams in other European markets
**Requirements**
- High degree of customer orientation and a mindset for continuous improvement
- Excellent German and fluent Business English in writing and spoken
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry
- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Experience working with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
