The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving new business revenue by acquiring new clients for Necture's products and services in our core markets. This involves nurturing and empowering a high-performing sales team, driving exceptional results within a supportive and scalable framework while holding full P&L responsibility.
This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure that both the team and the sales framework evolve in alignment with Necture's ambitious goals. You'll work closely with executive leadership to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
Requirements- A proven track record (5+ years) in sales leadership roles, preferably within B2B and digital environments.
- Experience in nurturing, developing, and empowering high-performing sales teams.
- Ability to integrate seamlessly into a pre-existing sales team and operate collaboratively, thinking outside the box, and maintaining flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create, model, and deliver tailored offers to clients and work towards agreements, especially in highly technical product environments.
- Solid understanding of technology trends and sales tools (e.g., cloud-based solutions, AI, SaaS, CRMs, etc).
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
- Ability to represent Necture as a thought leader by proactively presenting at key industry events and engaging with media when appropriate.
