Sales and Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong partnerships with retail partners internationally, as well as managing sales volumes year-on-year.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail partners in Europe and beyond
  • Research and pitch new potential accounts, including independent photo stores, museums, concept stores, department stores, art galleries, bookstores, gift shops, and more
  • Manage the portfolio of B2B customers, from outreach to acquisition, negotiation, contractual review, deliveries, and after-sales support
  • Process customer orders in collaboration with logistics and finance teams
  • Foster new business opportunities, including customized product projects for key partners in the lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, institutional, and other industries
  • Represent Lomography at key strategic events, such as trade shows and meet-ups

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or sales & marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience selling consumer goods to retail partners internationally (senior position)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages, such as French, Italian, or Scandinavian languages, are an asset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to think outside the box
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • A passion for analogue photography and its associated culture

Employment Terms

This full-time position requires EU citizenship, European Economic Area citizenship, Swiss citizenship, or a valid Austrian labor market access permit. We offer a competitive salary range of €42,912 - €53,440 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus additional benefits.
