Your Mission at RBI

As a Sales Manager in Raiffeisen Bank International's RPS team, you will drive the growth of our business by selling innovative, tailored solutions to major global merchants in Central and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand complex customer needs across the Card Acceptance domain, Pricing, IT, and Business areas.
  • Collaborate with RPS Product Managers and third parties to analyze and propose valuable centralized acquiring solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with large multinational retailers from initial contact to contract creation and closure, as well as successful implementation.
  • Create high-quality, attractive commercial proposals by coordinating inputs from RBI Network banks, processing centers, and third parties.
  • Manage the merchant POS and e-commerce deal pipeline, ensure financial performance, and plan delivery capabilities.
  • Provide input to the RPS product roadmap.
  • Buid and maintain relationships with strategic partners across the value chain to enhance the RPS value proposition and operating model.
Your Core Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within an international B2B environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the card payments industry, including key players, services, technology, economics, EU regulations, and market trends.
  • Experience with payment cards and transaction-based businesses; experience with specific retailer segments is a strong advantage.
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills in both English and German, with a proven track record in closing complex deals.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and several stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and self-motivated mentality.
  • Willigness to travel (up to 8 days per month).
